Mizue Yuuko (泉江 夕湖, Mizue Yūko; "Yuuko Mizue") is Kakerou's Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Mizue is a woman of average build with short black hair.
Personality[]
She is a strong-willed woman who almost always holds an unflinching air of calm about her; as such, it is a surprising thing if she ever becomes startled or angered.
Plot[]
Ideal's Emergence Arc[]
Mizue first appeared when she personally met with Billy Craig and other representatives of Ideal, alongside Chris Lee and Ron, to tell them that Kakerou wouldn't be accept their demands for not co-operating in launching the missiles back in the Old Maid game. Knowing beforehand that they wouldn't take the news well, Billy, Gilbert Isaac and Martin Bruce White attacked them. With Gilbert and Martin dispatched quickly by Lee and Ron, Mizue took on Billy in a generally equal altercation until the Sweeper Yakou Jouichi arrived to take him on. How, with the unexpected movement of the police, they had to cut the affair short.
Tower of Karma Arc[]
Mizue presented and co-ordinated the Kakerou soldiers and herself as part of the Anti Corruption Intelligence Agency (ACIA) and told the police that gathered there to leave the place because the matter inside the tower (a Kakerou match) would be settled by her agency. When the gamble between Leader and Deputy Commissioner was agreed, Mizue arbitrated the 1-vs-1 duels between Kakerou soldiers and members of the SAT.
Near the end of the Kakerou match that was going on in the tower, she fought a captain of the SAT and effortlessly defeated him. Shortly after, the SAT and the Anti-Riot units were told the leave the tower to ACIA. With the Kakerou match inside the tower concluded, Mizue and Jouichi headed inside to watch the ranking battle that was soon to occur between Kiruma Tatsuki and Yakou Hikoichi.

Mizue is very capable in both armed and unarmed close quarters combat.
She has mastery over the meteor hammer weapon.
